Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing support to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, training, and maintaining HR information systems.

Daily tasks include coordinating HR activities, assisting with employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, benefits enrollment, and equipment setup.
  • Benefits Administration: Provide assistance with benefits administration, including Open Enrollment, COBRA, and other benefit-related tasks.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • HRIS: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR information systems, including employee data, time-off requests, and performance evaluations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR generalist role.
  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software, including HRIS systems.
