Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to support our expanding workforce.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless onboarding and employee relations.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, aligning with labor laws.
  • Coordinating the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring top talent.
  • Assisting in performance management processes, setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing guidance on employee development.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR documentation.
  • Addressing employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and training programs.
  • Handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, and providing recommendations for resolutions.
  • Contributing to strategic HR projects, such as workforce planning and organizational development.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR issues.
