Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR Professional to drive core HR operations, policies, and employee lifecycle management.

This role involves designing and implementing templates and policies for biannual performance reviews, driving clear KPI definition for all new joiners within their first six months, conducting structured probation completion evaluations, ensuring employees have documented goals aligned with company-wide OKRs, maintaining documentation in HRMS tools, working with department heads to align team and individual objectives with business priorities, maintaining a grievance redressal satisfaction score, leading quarterly feedback surveys and analyzing insights to improve employee experience, conducting 30/60-day check-ins with new joiners, collaborating with department heads to close critical positions within 30 days, and partnering with external agencies and leveraging internal referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective performance review templates and policies.
  • Drive clear key performance indicator (KPI) definition for new joiners.
  • Conduct thorough probation completion evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of employee goals and OKRs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of HRMS tools.
  • Align team and individual objectives with business priorities.
  • Monitor and maintain a high grievance redressal satisfaction score.
  • Analyze feedback survey insights to enhance employee experience.
  • Regularly conduct check-ins with new joiners.
  • Collaborate with department heads to fill critical positions promptly.
  • Foster strong partnerships with external agencies and leverage internal referrals to develop a robust talent pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in HR, with a solid generalist foundation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and platforms like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
