We're seeking a seasoned Jira Expert to oversee the administration and optimization of our Jira/Confluence environments. This role requires defining standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects while supporting Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums.

About this Role
  • Administer and Optimize Environments: Ensure seamless operations of Jira/Confluence platforms, ensuring stability, upgrades, and best practices adoption.
  • Define Standards and Workflows: Establish clear processes for project management, governance, and collaboration.
  • Support Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums: Provide guidance on implementing SAFe programs, including PI Planning boards and integrations with GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Jira Administration: 4-7 years of experience in managing Jira environments, customizing workflows, and automating processes.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills to engage stakeholders and leadership.
Preferred Skills
  • Additional Agile Tools and Methodologies: Experience with tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Teams, as well as familiarity with DevOps principles.
