We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team in Mumbai.

This is an entry-level position that is ideal for candidates who are passionate about climate solutions, venture capital, and sustainable innovation. As a key member of the investment team, you will support us in sourcing opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting in deal execution and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Research and Sourcing Support
  • Assist in identifying potential investment opportunities through research and preliminary outreach.
  • Due Diligence Assistance
  • Support the team in financial analysis, market validation, and data collection for potential deals.
  • Investment Process Support
  • Help prepare investment memos, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Portfolio Support
  • Assist in tracking performance and impact metrics and conducting basic analyses for portfolio companies.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Conduct sectoral research to inform investment theses and track trends in climate tech and sustainability.
  • Ecosystem Engagement
  • Help coordinate our presence at events and build databases of relevant ecosystem players.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or related fields from a premier institution.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or startup roles; climate-focused work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills specific to early-stage investments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Passion for climate innovation and sustainability.
