Imaginative Content Specialist

We're seeking a driven and resourceful individual to join our team as an Imaginative Content Specialist.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to create engaging content for social media channels. You will be responsible for developing original ideas, designing high-quality graphics, and producing short-form videos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop innovative content ideas that align with messaging.
  • Design and produce visually compelling graphics and short-form videos.
  • Utilize design tools like Canva and mobile-first video editing apps to create content efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends to ensure posts are timely, relevant, and shareable.
  • Adapt and resize content for different social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all content is factually accurate and aligned with campaign objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in creating engaging content for social media.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work, including graphics and/or short-form videos.
  • Mastery of Canva or similar tools for efficient design.
  • Experience with mobile video editing apps for creating sharp Reels and Shorts.
  • Intuitive understanding of social media trends and what type of content works on different platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Keen interest in Indian politics and current affairs.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Previous experience creating content in a media agency, PR/communications agency, or political setting.
  • Strong copywriting skills for creating catchy captions.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
