Job Title: Executive, Product Surveillance

Our team is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the management of products, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.

  • About the Role:
  • Lead daily tasks associated with processing complaint files and MDRs across multiple product lines.
  • Determine reportability of complaints and create regulatory reports as required.
  • Evaluate complaints for need to investigate and coordinate sample retrieval.
  • Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Manage workflow, identifying and escalating issues, and triage internal and external communication for complaints.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts and projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Effective management of product-related complaints and MDRs.
  2. Identification and escalation of issues, ensuring timely closure of complaints.
  3. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve complaints and improve processes.
  4. Development and implementation of effective workflows to manage complaints and MDRs.
