**Job Title:** Executive Systems Specialist

Job Description:

As a key member of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for streamlining processes and automating tasks to improve overall efficiency. Your primary objective will be to simplify functional activities and execute process efficiency enhancement projects.

You will work closely with the Procurement Excellence team to identify opportunities for improvement, eliminate unnecessary steps, and implement automation solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Simplify processes through identification, elimination, digitization, and automation
  • Analyze business data to support IT-based automation projects
  • Extraction and evaluation of data from SAP and other systems
  • Publishing MIS Dashboards to key stakeholders on a monthly basis
  • Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to define business process requirements
  • Facilitating surveillance audits for compliance with IMS, Quality, OHSAS, and EMS certification standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP MM ERP and ability to analyze data to drive business strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of IMS standards and experience with quality management systems
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, computer science, or automobile engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
