Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled security professional to partner in developing and implementing a world-class security program for India operations network.

As a Senior Security & Loss Prevention Manager, you will ensure the protection of people and assets in accordance with guidelines and policies. This role requires collaboration and influencing ability with stakeholders from business and corporate functions.

You will assist in day-to-day activities such as investigations, risk assessments, data analysis, implementation of security policies, driving compliance amongst stakeholders and vendors. Contribute to reducing business losses on security incidents and related claims by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing appropriate measures to protect assets in operational environments.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Conducting risk assessments and framing mitigation strategies
  • Driving physical security performance and compliance within designated areas
  • Ensuring optimum functioning of electronic surveillance devices according to global policies
  • Possessing ability to work with various tools and performing trend analysis using data mining skills
  • Investigating incidents within policy frameworks, identifying root causes, and documenting management action plans for process improvement

A typical day involves planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing or executing processes or projects, making decisions in ambiguous situations, writing strategic documents, and analyzing data points to identify root causes and plan corrective actions.
