Global Corporate Security Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic leadership by embodying Amazon's Leadership Principles, particularly Customer Obsession, Ownership, Earn Trust, and Bias for Action.
- Implement security protocols at all corporate locations within their area of responsibility.
- Support Regional Security Managers in delivering day-to-day security operations across multiple sites.
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments, ensure compliance with requisite standards, and manage incidents and crisis response.
- Provide consultancy to business leaders, develop plans to mitigate security gaps, and manage guarding and access control programs.
A Day in the Life:
- Oversee guarding operations, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Build relationships through coordination with internal and external partners, including law enforcement.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics to track and improve individual, team, system, and site performance.
- Implement clear communication processes among stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver plans based on risk assessments to close potential security gaps.
