Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the factory. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facility Management: Arrange an effective security system, oversee contract labor operations, and manage vendors and manpower deployment.
  • Office Infrastructure: Manage housekeeping, pantry, carpentry, electrical works, printing stationery, and telecommunication needs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Ensure regulatory adherence with local authorities.
  • Monitor contractor vendor compliance with applicable labour and statutory norms.
  • Maintain healthy and harmonious industrial relations with the union.
Responsibilities:
  • Contract Labour Management: Plan and monitor contractual manpower deployment as per operational requirements.
  • Infrastructure Development: Manage all repair and maintenance activities of factory assets and utilities.
Requirements:

A graduate or postgraduate in any discipline with 7-20 years of experience in plant factory administration, infrastructure, and compliance management is essential. Knowledge of local regulations, stakeholder management, and Marathi/Hindi language skills are also required.
