Senior Architect

A senior Architect assists in the planning design and execution of architectural projects under the supervision of senior architects or project managers The role involves creating and developing design concepts preparing detailed drawings and supporting all phases of the architectural process from conceptual design to construction documentation and site management Key Responsibilities - Assist in developing architectural designs including floor plans elevations sections and detailed drawings - Prepare renderings and visual presentations to communicate design ideas with the use of software like Photoshop - Knowledge of BPMS Software for Online Submission - Knowledge of Municipal Drawings - Requirements Educational Background Bachelor s degree in Architecture Experience 0-2 years of relevant architectural experience Software Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD Photoshop and BPMS Knowledge Understanding of architectural design principles building codes and construction standards Technical Skills Ability to create detailed architectural drawings 3D models and visualizations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Experience AutoCAD 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
