Job Title

An Experienced HR Solutions Consultant is needed to lead the implementation of Oracle HCM across all modules globally.

About This Role
  • The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end deployment, updating, customization and integration of Oracle HCM with a focus on delivering business value and meeting customer needs.
  • This position requires a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, as well as experience in implementing HR Systems and supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for all Oracle HCM modules globally.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure successful implementation and resolution of technical or business-related issues.
  3. System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  4. Training, testing & Quality assurance of HR tech products: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  5. Change Management and digital adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
  • Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems (BMC Helix or any other third-party tools).
  • High proficiency in excel, macro and other report automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
