System Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled system administrator to join our team. As a system administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, configure, and maintain servers (Linux and Windows)
  • Install, configure, and manage operating systems and essential services through remote consoles
Technical Expertise:
  • Familiarity with virtualization tools such as Proxmox, SolusVM, Virtualizor, and Hyper-V
Network and Tools Management:
  • Handle tools like cPanel/WHM, Plesk, routers, and switches
  • Ensure smooth operations of DNS, email servers, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, IIS, and MSSQL
Protocol and Communication Management:
  • Expertise in protocols such as SMTP, IMAP, POP3, HTTP, DNS, FTP, and SSH
Problem Analysis and Resolution:
  • Monitor hardware, applications, and network status and proactively resolve issues
Scripting and Automation:
  • Familiarity with scripting languages to automate and streamline processes
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues
  • Maintain strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Foster collaboration and manage team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to teammates through coaching
  • Lead technical operations in mission-critical hosting infrastructure environments
