Job Title: Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage and support SCCM infrastructure at the server level, including installation, configuration, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle server-side patch management, software distribution, and compliance reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated L3 SCCM issues with a focus on server environments.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective infrastructure management.
Requirements:
  • Proven hands-on experience in SCCM server administration at enterprise scale.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and integration with SCCM.
  • Expertise in patching, deployments, task sequences, and reporting.
  • Ability to resolve complex technical issues independently at L3 level.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with international teams.
