Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced cloud architectures in continuous alignment with key cloud providers such as AWS and Google.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Docker, Linux systems management, and Kubernetes. They will also have expertise in Git, GitHub, BitBucket or Stash, CI and CD tools, and at least one programming/scripting language.

This role requires a deep understanding of application and system monitoring tools, web servers, database systems, caching, and queues. Additionally, the candidate should have experience working in an agile and fast-paced environment and be familiar with automation in the context of microservice/SOA architecture.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced cloud architectures
  • Maintain and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure high levels of automation throughout the lifecycle of all workloads
  • Improve efficiency when setting up new cloud infrastructure

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Docker
  • Linux systems management
  • Kubernetes
  • Git, GitHub, BitBucket or Stash
  • CI and CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo or similar)
  • Programming/scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, GO, Java, Node.js, PHP)
  • Application and system monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch, Kibana)
  • Web servers (Apache, NGINX)
  • Database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Caching (Cassandra, Redis, Memcache)
  • Queues (RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ)
