Job Opportunity: DevOps Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our DevOps initiatives, leveraging 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure and teams.

This position focuses on building, deploying, and maintaining functional applications within cloud environments.

  • Plan, design, manage, maintain, and support cloud infrastructure for high-traffic workloads operating at an enterprise scale.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and related cluster components such as logging, metrics, security, RBAC, autoscaling etc.

They should also have 7 years of experience in AWS, including a minimum of 1+ years in a Lead DevOps role, with expertise in a broad range of AWS technologies such as EC2, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, EKS, ECS, Security Hub, DynamoDB, Secret Manager, and Guard Duty.

Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in DevOps technologies like Ansible, Terraform, Salt, Bash Scripting, CI/CD, etc.

Good programming experience with at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, or Go.

Expertise in automating, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.

Experience working with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus preferred).

Familiarity with cloud security best practices (AWS Well-Architected Framework).

  • Strong Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.

Comfortable working in an agile environment with a globally-distributed team.
