IT Infrastructure Support Professional

The role of an IT Infrastructure Support Professional involves providing day-to-day support to clients' networks, servers, storage, and overall infrastructure. This includes maintaining remote and on-site IT systems, troubleshooting network and system issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain our clients' IT infrastructure remotely and at customer sites when needed.
  • Help architect and implement a wide range of IT projects, including high availability, virtualization, and cloud services.
  • Be the escalation point for issues that desktop engineers or helpdesk staff cannot resolve.
  • Work closely with managers, service coordinators, and other engineers to meet customer service-level commitments and provide world-class customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues, both remote and on-premise as required.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Windows-based networks and servers. They should be proficient in Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 administration, and Windows security.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as is being self-motivated with excellent time management. Technical certifications are also a definite plus.
