We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the delivery of luxury villas and bungalows, with an unwavering commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to international luxury standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and effective communication to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular site visits, monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of accountability and precision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, with at least 4-7 years managing premium projects.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality preferred.
  • Age: Below 40 years.

Preferred Attributes

  • Young, energetic, and detail-oriented with a passion for luxury standards.
  • Comfortable working in unstructured environments and managing fragmented supply chains.
  • Ability to thrive with smaller spans of control and fewer but more complex projects.
  • Hands-on leadership style with deep involvement in execution and finishing.
