Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our channel partner ecosystem. This role involves providing operational support to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and managing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide broad-based operational support to the channel partner program, including responding to inbound requests and managing business processes.
  • Ensure accurate partner program compliance data.
  • Handle deal registration exception processes.
  • Update and troubleshoot partner portal access.
  • Support the defining, implementation, and enablement of business process improvements.
  • Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience managing high-volume cases using email-based ticketing systems or similar tools.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for all levels of the organization.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in G-suite, ServiceNow, and SFDC (sales hygiene, reporting, maintenance).
  • Ability to take ownership of a business domain or manage business processes and be accountable to stakeholders.
