About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Recruitment Strategist to join our team at Etraveli AB. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategies and driving business success.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for people manager positions, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences. This includes implementing a variety of sourcing strategies, such as social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract top talent.

You will ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, while also providing feedback and training to recruiters to improve their performance and enhance the overall quality of the Talent Acquisition function.

In addition, you will partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and business priorities, providing guidance and support to recruiters and hiring managers, as well as conducting research and staying updated with industry trends.

Data-Driven Decision Making

As a key stakeholder, you will provide insights and recommendations based on data to enhance our talent acquisition strategies. You will conduct timely audits and reviews of recruitment activities, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing quality assurance strategies.

Furthermore, you will create and deliver regular reports and presentations highlighting key recruitment progress and outcomes, enhancing recruitment efficiency with technology and data-driven approach.

Employer Branding

You will enhance our employer brand by creating compelling job advertisements and leveraging our online presence. Additionally, you will represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role, with a focus on strategic hiring.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workable and HR software.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
