About the Role

The Senior Manager-Infra is a key member of our organization's leadership team, responsible for shaping the strategic direction and vision of our global IT infrastructure and cloud landscape. This critical role encompasses data center technologies, cloud platforms, networking, security, and hybrid infrastructure models.

Main Responsibilities

  • Architecture Strategy & Blueprinting: Develop and maintain a comprehensive global infrastructure and cloud architecture blueprint, aligning designs with business continuity, scalability, cybersecurity, and performance goals.
  • Solution Design & Project Enablement: Architect infrastructure solutions for large-scale programs, including DC transformation, AD consolidation, and hybrid cloud migration. Review and approve high-level design documents, low-level design documents, and bills of material submitted by partners or internal teams.
  • Technology Evaluation & Adoption: Assess emerging technologies such as Zero Trust, SD-WAN, SASE, Edge Computing, and Infra-as-Code. Develop proof-of-concept initiatives and guide technology onboarding processes.
  • Architecture Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce architecture principles, standards, and reference models. Conduct architecture reviews and design approval boards to ensure compliance with InfoSec, GxP, and SOX frameworks.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Enablement: Collaborate with delivery, cybersecurity, and service teams to translate designs into executable build/run plans. Coach engineering teams and upskill delivery units on architectural best practices.
