Job Opportunity: Technical Business Analyst

This is a unique chance to become a Technical Business Analyst and play a vital role in supporting the enterprise data platform (EDP) operations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including platform engineering, data engineering, and vendor partners to analyze workflows and processes and identify optimization opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, and cloud operations, with proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and FinOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports to provide leadership insights.
  • Support financial operations initiatives, including cloud cost optimization and vendor management.
  • Contribute to infrastructure operations, resiliency planning, and automation.
  • Assist in lifecycle management of IT platforms.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud computing.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS.
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and analytics.
