Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Management: Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows across departments.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational performance, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Resource Optimization: Manage and optimize resources to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges promptly.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Required Skills:

  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
  • Delegation: Skill in assigning tasks effectively to team members.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate teams.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel, and other relevant software tools.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree: In Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven Experience: In operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: And organizational skills.
  • Excellent Communication: Abilities and strong verbal English communications.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A masters degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, along with proven experience in operations management or a similar role. The selected individual should be able to think critically and make informed decisions, while also being adaptable to changing circumstances.
