Business Development Manager for Family Offices

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with clients, understanding their financial and investment objectives, and providing appropriate solutions to family offices.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Increase the current market share from assigned relationships across Mumbai in both Fixed Income and Equity
  • Manage relationships with existing Large, Mid, and Small Corporates, and Family Offices
  • Acquire new clients across MSMEs, SMEs, and Family Offices
  • Conduct meetings with clients/sales brokers, understand their needs, and suggest appropriate products
  • Update clients with the latest market developments and fund house view regularly
  • Leverage on MIS and other market data for effective sales
  • Observe competition, clients, and share timely feedback to the team

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and other financial products
  • Strong product knowledge
  • Business Acumen
  • Deep understanding of the sales process

Skills:

  • Influence clients and stakeholders
  • Deliver good presentations
  • Network and use market intelligence for increasing reach in the market
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 8 to 15 years of experience in family office sales or wealth management
  • MBA or any equivalent degree
