Operations Manager - University Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the onboarding and partnerships process for our university clients.

  • Manage curriculum alignment, infrastructure readiness, and website integration.
  • Coordinate MoU finalisation, service agreement execution, and escrow account creation.
  • Own the post-MoU onboarding cycle for assigned universities in parallel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Escalate and resolve bottlenecks quickly to ensure zero-delay launches.
  2. Maintain centralised trackers & dashboards to monitor readiness.
  3. Build relationship maps for each university to know exactly 'who to call for what'.
  4. Conduct weekly review calls with university stakeholders and internal teams.
  5. Integrate admissions process with university's system & train relevant staff.
  6. Ensure smooth handover to Academic Program Operations team post-launch.
  7. Train key personnel on systems and processes.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years in Partner Success, Client Servicing, Enterprise Onboarding, or Higher Education Partnerships.
  2. Proven track record in high-value, multi-stakeholder project delivery.
  3. Experience in fast-paced, growth-stage companies is a must.
  4. Familiarity with education sector operations is a plus.

  3. Communication Skills – Excellent verbal & written skills in English; local language fluency preferred.

  6. Multi-Tasking – Manages multiple universities in parallel without delays.
