Job Title: University Partnerships Head

Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our university partnerships efforts, driving growth and revenue through strategic collaborations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Pursue long-term relationships with academic institutions to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and enhance the reputation of our organization.
  3. Cultivate a network of contacts within the higher education sector to stay informed about emerging trends and opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnership initiatives into overall business objectives.
  5. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of partnership strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in university partnerships or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with academics and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in university partnerships.
