Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our strategic university partnerships initiative.

This role involves developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with top-tier universities in India, driving growth through innovative course offerings and revenue expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of partnership development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify suitable universities for hosting our creative courses.
  • Initiate and manage outreach, presentations, and negotiations with senior academic and administrative leadership.
  • Finalize partnership agreements, including operational protocols and terms.
Relationship Management:
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with partner institutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as the single point of contact between our company and university management.
  • Resolve operational or contractual issues proactively.
Operational Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal teams for course launch and execution at partner campuses.
  • Ensure all logistical requirements are met before course commencement.
Revenue & Growth Targets:
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets for number of university tie-ups.
  • Monitor performance of ongoing partnerships and explore expansion opportunities.
Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws and institutional norms.
  • Maintain updated records of contracts and performance metrics for each partner institution.
