Required Competencies
  • Knowledge of machine design, pneumatics, hydraulics, manufacturing processes, and raw/finished material availability in the market.
  • Leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, logical and tactical thinking.
  • Good analytical skills and a strong command over engineering basics for design calculations and critical design thinking.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Inventor and AutoCAD.
  • A systematic approach to planning and executing projects/experiments, risk mitigation skill.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to respect and implement the principles and values of Armstrong Automation.
