About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and empathetic professional who can provide a personalized and high-touch experience to our VIP players. This involves generating key insights about their behavior and collaborating with internal teams to implement improvements.

You will conceptualize and lead delight initiatives to enhance player loyalty and satisfaction, leveraging data analysis to track and optimize engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a personalized and high-touch experience to VIP players, ensuring long-term engagement.
  • Generate key insights about VIP player behavior and collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements.
  • Conceptualize and lead delight initiatives to enhance player loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Leverage data analysis to track and optimize player engagement.

Requirements:
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with high-value users.
  • A proactive mindset, always looking to enhance the VIP experience.
  • Familiarity with Metabase, SQL, Excel (a strong plus).
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Prior experience as a relationship manager or in VIP customer management is a plus.
  • Understanding of chess and real-money gaming is beneficial.
