This role is the operational backbone of our partner co-sell and channel motion, maintaining program structure and ensuring cross-team accountability.
The Partner Program Manager – CSP maintains operating rhythms, collaborates with stakeholders and drives execution across initiatives.
Key responsibilities include managing program trackers, calendars, milestones and goal updates, establishing and maintaining operating rhythms, collaborating with task stewards and functional owners, and driving cross-team accountability.
The successful candidate will interface directly with Partner Center, ACE, OCP CRM and other portals, manage recurring and event-driven administrative tasks, compile monthly reports and performance scorecards, and propose enhancements to co-sell tracking, MDF reporting and operational workflows.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related field, 5+ years of program management, partner operations or channel experience, strong familiarity with partner ecosystems, excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills.
