Sales Team Leader Opportunity

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Leader to join our team at Fortune Toyota in Tolichowki & Sanathnagar.

Job Summary: As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Officers, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, tracking team performance, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of minimum 6 Sales Officers to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and improve sales performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Track and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for selling, excellent team handling skills, and experience in retail sales. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, think critically, and solve problems effectively.
