Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at GFL Recruitment Private Limited. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and creating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's bottom line through increased revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying potential clients and new business opportunities
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Creating and implementing sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets
- Negotiating and closing business deals while maintaining thorough knowledge of the market and industry trends
- Conducting market research to identify trends, new markets, and customer needs
- Preparing and delivering presentations and pitches to prospective clients
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and generate leads
- Monitoring sales performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies
- Reporting on sales activity and customer feedback to management
- Providing feedback to the product development team to ensure customer needs are met
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Managing and maintaining the CRM database
- Participating in training and professional development activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or a relevant role
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of market research and sales strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales and marketing tools
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and driven with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
