HR Executive Position

As an HR professional, you will oversee end-to-end human resource operations, drive employee engagement, and act as a strong link between management and employees.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to manage recruitment and talent acquisition, handle payroll and statutory compliances, conduct performance appraisals, and drive employee engagement initiatives.

  • Manage recruitment processes, including advertising, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Handle payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals to assess employee growth and development.
  • Manage HRMS tools (Keka/Zoho) for efficient HR operations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Execute exit formalities in compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of strong experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential. Prior experience in organizational HR is beneficial.
