Job Title: HR Executive / Location: Madhapur / Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resource Shared Services (HRSS) team. The role involves supporting key HR operational processes, with a focus on onboarding, documentation, background verification (BGV), and employee lifecycle support.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or shared services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially
  • Capable of multitasking and working effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRMS tools
  • Willingness to take initiative and handle additional responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute the onboarding process for new hires across the organization

  • Manage end-to-end background verification, including initiation, third-party coordination, and closure

  • Minor discrepancies: liaise with employees to clarify documentation

  • Major discrepancies: coordinate with HRBP and employee to initiate appropriate action, including separation procedures if required

  • Handle new joinee documentation and maintain accurate personnel records

  • Scan and file employee forms and supporting documents in an organized system
  • Manage biometric access provisioning across both locations (Madhapur & Shamshabad)
  • Generate employee lifecycle letters such as PIP, warning, absconding, show cause, separation, relieving, and experience letters
  • Respond to HR-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and Payroll teams
  • Maintain data related to salary bank account details and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC)
  • Compile vendor billing data for processing
  • Support audit and compliance with documentation requirements
  • Maintain HR databases and generate regular operational reports
