Role & responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, offer letters).
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and induction programs.
2. Employee Relations & Welfare
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
- Maintain healthy employee relations and address grievances.
- Organize employee welfare activities, engagement programs, and events.
3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, etc.).
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
4. Training & Development
- Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
- Arrange skill development and soft skills training programs.
- Maintain training records and effectiveness evaluation.
5. Performance Management
- Assist in setting KRAs/KPIs for employees.
- Support appraisal and performance review processes.
- Provide inputs for promotions, increments, and transfers.
6. HR Administration
- Draft HR policies, circulars, and communication notices.
- Maintain HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment status).
- Handle exit process (resignation acceptance, exit interview, clearance).
