Leadership Role - Training Manager

Job Summary:

As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for conducting training modules for Agent Advisors and ADMs.

  • Induction and on-boarding training programs
  • Selling skills training
  • MLI Insurance products and processes training
  • MLI Digital tools and Assets training
  • Agent and ADM learning journey training
  • General Inductions (GID) and Immediate Inductions (IID)
  • PRP and FOD as required

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver training in a blended format, combining classroom and virtual sessions. Develop facilitation skills and virtual delivery techniques to ensure seamless training across all sessions.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage administrative tasks, including driving adoption of the digital learning platform, coordinating with OH/OHs to calendarize training sessions, planning travel for training sessions, and ensuring set-up of SMART Classroom before commencing sessions.

Performance Monitoring and Feedback:

Monitor agent progress and provide regular feedback to ensure adherence to moral and ethical standards.

Training Material Development:

Update training material based on feedback from agents, customers, and stakeholders.

Employee Development:

Ensure agents receive continuous information on MLI products and facilitate self-development opportunities.

  • Measure success through participant feedback, training days, customer survey ratings, pass percentages, digital adoption, IRDA exam pass rates, attendance, and achievement against targets.
