Job Title: Branch Learning Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies that drive business results.

As a Learning Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that meet the needs of our employees and partners. Your primary focus will be on building knowledge-based channels and converting employees into knowledge workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning plans that align with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
