Industrial Automation Specialist


About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site position for an Industrial Automation Specialist located in Ludhiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions, programming and testing PLC systems, and maintaining existing infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include developing custom programs, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and collaborating with the engineering team to integrate PLC systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing automation solutions using PLCs, VFDs, and Servos
  • Programming and testing PLC systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintaining existing infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to integrate PLC systems with existing infrastructure

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of PLC programming, HMI designing, and testing skills
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Knowledge of VFDs and Servo integration
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana
  • Knowledge of industry safety and regulatory standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
