**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **System Management**:

- Oversee and maintain existing business operations tracking systems on Google Drive.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Data Studio dashboards.

2. **System Development**:

- Design and implement new tracking systems tailored to business needs.
- Utilize complex formulas and AppsScript to automate processes and enhance functionality.

3. **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Interpret data trends and provide actionable recommendations.

4. **Collaboration and Support**:

- Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.

5. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest Google Drive features and best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.
**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing and developing systems using Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Data Studio.
- Proficiency in writing complex formulas and AppsScript for automation and system enhancement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
