Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled procurement professional to lead tender management processes and procurements within government organizations.


Job Role

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting and managing Terms of Reference (ToRs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and bid documents for the selection of service providers. You will also oversee the entire procurement cycle, ensure effective contract management, and manage e-procurement platforms such as Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP) and Government e-Marketplace (GeM).


Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and manage ToRs, EOIs, RFPs, and bid documents for service provider selection
  • Oversee the procurement cycle and ensure effective contract management
  • Manage e-procurement platforms such as CPPP and GeM
  • Organize pre-bid meetings, prepare clarifications and addendums to bid documents
  • Facilitate procurement meetings, prepare evaluation reports, contracts, and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs)

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of public procurement frameworks and compliance
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using e-procurement tools and platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple procurement processes simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
