Government E-Marketplace Specialist

As a procurement specialist, you will be responsible for handling the operations of government e-marketplaces, including product listing, catalog management, and tender participation. You will search, analyze, and evaluate tenders from various platforms to ensure timely and efficient procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage government e-marketplace operations, including product listing, catalog management, bidding, and tender participation.
- Search, download, and analyze tenders from government e-tendering platforms and other sources.
- Develop and submit technical and financial bids in accordance with tender requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of submitted, won, lost, and renewed tenders.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless tender submission and coordination.
- Communicate with government departments and agencies regarding tender status, clarifications, and contracts.
You will ensure compliance with tender eligibility, terms, and conditions as well as company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in any stream (Business or Commerce preferred).
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and e-marketplace platforms is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF handling) is essential.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills are required.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines are crucial.
- Prior experience in procurement, e-tendering, and market research is beneficial.
