Front Desk Executive Job Description
">- We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage the front office and provide exceptional service to guests.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in English.
- Additionally, the successful candidate will possess at least 1 year of experience in administration, reception, or a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant person or department as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in/check-out times, room assignments, and any special requests or issues.
- Prepare and distribute reports related to HR and admin activities, such as overtime and canteen details.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including scanning, printing, and filing documents.
- Coordinate appointments, schedules, and meetings as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with visitor management, including welcoming guests, arranging refreshments, and setting up meeting spaces.
- Manage pantry supplies, including ordering and maintaining stock levels of tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, and other essentials.
- Coordinate courier services, including receiving and distributing packages, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Oversee library operations, including cataloging books, issuing loans, and encouraging employees to read.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, reception, or a similar role.
- Proficient in English communication (speaking and writing).
