Job Title: Front Office Manager
This is a key role for an experienced professional who has worked in high-end establishments, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Day-to-day operations management experience with check-ins/outs, billing, answering phone calls, emails, and responding to inquiries.
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A customer-focused attitude and aptitude, with effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day front desk duties, including check-ins/outs, billing, and responding to guest inquiries.
- Ensuring front desk functions run smoothly and efficiently.
- Administering front office functions on a daily basis, implementing and reviewing policies, systems, and processes.
We offer a competitive compensation package including meals provided, health insurance, and a yearly bonus. The schedule is a daytime shift with rotational hours as needed.
