Job Title: Senior Resource Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Resource Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively filling resource engagement requests and overseeing the utilization of resources to ensure alignment with strategic plans.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the resource manager in implementing scheduling processes and engagement management;
  • Collaborate with LOB and/or solution set leaders and client engagement teams to understand business needs and drive consistency;
  • Generate scheduling, utilization, and forecasting reports and provide analysis of the data to assist regional leadership in making staffing decisions;
  • Monitor schedules to ensure staff are effectively utilized to support financial plans;
  • Implement firmwide programs through markets as needed;
  • Facilitate scheduling meetings and enforce best practices;
  • Administer and participate in scheduling system and process assimilation and orientation programs;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred or 3-5 years relevant experience;
  • Resource Management or Project Management Certifications preferred;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel;
  • Effective organization and time management skills;
  • Ability to respond positively to changing circumstances;
  • Leadership skills including collaboration and communication between teams.
