Job Opportunity: Onsite Talent Acquisition Partner

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide client site support for the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from initial attraction to post-hire activities.
  • Facilitate logistical, relationship management, and customer service activities to service a client program or team.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with hiring managers as an onsite representative.
  • Coordinate candidate and client onsite communications.
  • Arrange interview rooms, materials distribution, and act as a recruitment contact during the interview process.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a business environment utilizing the skills required for this role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
Education:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
