Key Responsibilities:
- We design and implement robust hiring strategies for global and domestic sales positions aligned with business objectives.
- We lead workforce planning and proactive talent pipelining for high-impact roles in Sales, Exports, Business Development, and Channel Sales.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification from a reputable institution is required.
- 8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition with a minimum of 3-5 years in global sales hiring is necessary.
- Experience in industrial, steel, mining, infrastructure, or engineering sectors is highly preferred.
Additional Skills:
- A strong understanding of market expansion, sales performance, and organizational growth is essential.
