Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as an ambassador for our onboarding process. This critical role involves providing exceptional support to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition for newly hired employees.

The Onboarding Ambassador will collaborate with key team members to educate and engage new employees throughout the onboarding journey. Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering relationships through early communication and regular check-ins with candidates and new hires.
  • Coordinating and facilitating the initial New Hire Orientation (NHO) process for all agent-level classes, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging experience.
