Operations Support Specialist - Onboarding Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations Support Specialist - Onboarding Expert. As a key member of our Customer Success, Service & Operations department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for new hires.

About the Role

This role involves managing and executing onboarding operations with a focus on program management and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the onboarding process by managing updates and ensuring alignment with program objectives.

You will also be responsible for tracking new joiner attendance, escalating absenteeism as needed, and ensuring all documentation is properly filed. Additionally, you will monitor and ensure the timely dispatch of assets/welcome kits and track the completion status of compliance modules.

Your primary objective will be to provide a seamless onboarding experience for both joiners and facilitators, while ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the timeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding Planning & Scheduling: Formulate the weekly onboarding plan ensuring smooth onboarding for both joiners and facilitators.
  • Program Management & Process Improvement: Monitor onboarding feedback and identify trends, highlighting areas of improvement and actionable insights.
  • Candidate Attributes: Ability to manage and execute onboarding operations with a focus on program management and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience handling onboarding processes, with some exposure to program management or process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Docs, PowerPoint, etc.).
