Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an E-Commerce Onboarding Specialist.

This role is responsible for onboarding new sellers and items onto our online marketplace, ensuring seamless integration with our digital commerce platform.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing onboarding support to welcome sellers onto our platform, guiding them through setup steps and activities.
  • Capturing, verifying, and uploading seller information and item attributes to ensure accurate listings.
  • Owning and executing process tasks to complete successful onboarding within expected timelines.
  • Regularly interfacing with sellers to troubleshoot setup issues and aid in successful onboarding.
  • Maintaining and organizing seller-related documents and following up as necessary.
  • Analyzing performance and sharing results with assigned sellers, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Partnering with Trust & Safety and Seller Operations teams to ensure seller standards are defined and upheld.
